Please ensure that the address you give shall be a secure address for receiving goods, a workplace if often a good option. Please make sure where you can that the cardholder is available to accept the delivery in person.

We aim to have all deliveries within 3-5 working days. From time to time this may not be possible and you will be contacted within 48 hours to confirm the delivery date for your order.
If one or more of your items are not in stock at the time of order, we can hold a back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
We normally dispatch within 24 hours. If we are unable to dispatch your order within the committed time, we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated dispatch date. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will immediately notify you of the delay and then dispatch it as soon as it arrives, or you can cancel your order if you wish.
